Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy – Free delivery Australia Wide on orders over $100

Delivery policy for orders placed online will be dispatched within 1 business days and delivered within 3-6 business days across Australia and between 3-14 business days for international orders. Notification will be sent out via Starshipit email notification when your products are dispatched and delivered. Express shipping is also available for an additional fee at checkout.

Please note that due to the perishable and flammable nature of some of our products, they may not be permissible for international shipping. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@hahndorflavender.com.au

  1. Hahndorf Lavender Estate delivers nationwide across Australia via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are based on historical Australia Post historical data and sometimes can be delayed which is unavoidable.
  2. International courier partner is Australia Post. Target delivery days quoted are in business days and exclude local public holidays. Target delivery days are measured from the time the shipment arrive at the Adelaide Distribution Centre. Target delivery days quoted are estimates based on historical performance and are subject to changes without prior notice. Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of Australia Post eCommerce Solutions. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your shipment is dutiable or held at customs may take longer.

About delivery options for Australia Post

Australia Post has three delivery options:

  1. Authority to Leave (Safe Drop): A signature and name will still be captured when your customer is at home. If they are not at home, the parcel will be left in a safe place if one is available, or a notification card left, and the parcel taken to a nearby Post Office if no safe place is available.
  2. Authority to Leave (Safe Drop) can be requested by receiver: A signature and name will be captured when your customer is at home. If they are not at home, the parcel will only be left in a safe place if your customer has requested this during the delivery process (through MyPost or through an invitation if they receive email tracking notifications). In all other cases, a notification card will be left, and the parcel taken to a nearby Post Office.
  3. Signature Required (card if not home): A signature and name will always be captured, and the parcel will be taken to a nearby Post Office if your customer is not at home to sign for the parcel.
