Return & Refund Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and your purchase satisfaction is important to us. If any products are damaged or incorrectly supplied, then please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods purchased. We reserve the right to refuse claims made outside of this time frame.
We do not accept returns or refunds if you change your mind or feel that the product does not suit your skin type. While we cannot cater to every individual skin, we aim to formulate products that are suitable for most skin types.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We can only exchange products that are unopened and in original packaging. Contact us at hello@hahndorflavender.com.au outlining the issue and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please send the item by registered post for tracking purposes and retain proof of shipping as evidence of the date of shipment.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once the issue is confirmed you will be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
